San Luis Obispo County Deferred Compensation Plan
The County Deferred Compensation Plan is established and administered pursuant to Section 457 of the Internal Revenue Code.
The Deferred Compensation Plan is offered by the County to enable employees to save for their future on a tax favorable basis. The plan is managed by the staff of the Pension Trust to provide County employees with one stop retirement planning services.
ABOUT GREAT WEST LIFE
Great West Retirement Services has been retained by the County to provide record keeping and investment services for the Deferred Compensation Plan. Edward Lopez, who is the representative of the firm assigned to San Luis Obispo County, is here once a month to serve our participants (and those who would like to become participants).
